Now that summer is half over and all the crashing newbs have crashed let's take a run to st helens!
destination will be Johnson ridge. There is a cost to go up the observatory which is worthwhile if you never been. Hanging out in the parking lot however is free.
If anyone else besides guff is interested post up.
And now for my disclaimer...
I am not "leading" a ride. I'm simply asking if anyone else is interested in going where I'm going. My street pace is extra medium. Meaning I tend to stay within 10mph of the posted limit on interstates and straight sections. I like to wick it up a little for corners but by no means do I pull the pin and try to win the ride. My hope is that you atleast have a vague idea of where we are headed so I don't have to baby sit because I won't.
There will be no "riders meeting".
ksu means ksu. Be there fueled up, helmet on and ready to bounce.
There will be no hanging out at fuel stops. You're welcome to pose if you'd like but once fueling is done I'm out.
Have a plan for if you crash. I am going to ride not pick bikes up out of ditches & help people figure out how to get their shit home.
Shenanigans are acceptable and fun. Know what your doing and don't be a toolbox tho.
