todays ride 1-10
Just a couple of pics. Some are dark, some are light. Stupid camera, now I need to learn to set this and set that????WTF?
Anyway, this was one of my first spills. Pretty much just set the bike down nice and easy. Still managed to bend the guards again. They are so fubared, that you just look at them wrong and they bend.
Grant should know this area, I had never seen it.
Turned around and went up another. Made it up just past the rock when I ran into snow and ice. Couldn't even walk on it let alone ride.
Anyway, fricken tired coming back down. Almost flew over the handlebars (rear tire was at least a foot in the air when I stopped), at this point so decided to take a break. Didn't dump the bike thou which was nice.
Nice getting out but didn't really have any fun. Street gear FTL, among other things going wrong.

Sorry Kevin you must remember on sections like that Grant giggles his ass off and at elevation the giggles and altitude leads to acute oxygenated deficiency and as a result he has shoddy short term memory

Honestly that part sucked. It's not gentle rolling hills like it looks in the picture. They are very close together and steep. But ok, whenever the snow is gone.
