Bike help needed in seattle

hi, i recently purchased a 1980 honda cbr, but there are a few issues with the rpms which developed recently. if there is anyone in this area that has a solid knowledge of this bike and its workings i would gladly pay to have you take a look at it and tell me what needs to be done. if you can help, or know anyone that can, please reply, id greatly appreciate it!! thanks so much
