First is the mock up. The angle I need to bend the metal is all weirded. Figured I would try something flimsy to start.
Next comes the prototype. Decided to go to steel. Wanted aluminum, but the stuff I can easily get is to brittle to bend.

The angle didn't work out as well as I had hoped. After a bunch of machining on the mill to get the hole done for the switch, I noticed if I had centered the piece I could have just rotated the vice to make a perfect circle. Oh, well, next time.
For the final product hopefully I can get the angle right. Probably will shorten the bracket a little also. It would have looked a whole hell of a lot better to just mount the switch in the plastic. Didn't want to do that though.
