Labor day weekend Pig Roast

Ok due to popular demand I am going to do another pig roast.
This one will be on the Saturday the 1st at my place. I havent decided on how to do the beer yet, Keg or byob but there is lots for kids to do lots of parking and in general lots of room. This will be an 80lb pig and should feed about 60 people. I encourage people to bring sides. My co chef and I have yet to work out the theme but my personal opinion is Hawian. The last one was cuban and it was really awsome but I never do anything twice the same way. This is not just a biker only thing, there will be lots of nerds from Microsoft and some of my family from England as well. This is an invitation to ECC members and their familys only not that other forum.
Should be a hoot.

I hope Plummy brings cookies

Familia owns tons of bars...how many kegs ya need...I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO there. Will be there early to help...have done these before...well worth it but hard to put on...

Oh I might take you up on that BN and we can certainly use the help and entertainment value you always bring to parties.

We might go Spodie though or themed drinks... still debating the theme though. Despite the lack of response on this forum we should have a pretty good turn out. Some of my musician friends will be coming so we can sit around the fire and jam out.

I encourage anybody with an instrument to bring it.

*also note. Inspector gives no warning, he just shows up to select events. That way the can't say no.

No worries Plummy there will be at least two pig roasts next year and actually i'm considering a Halloween party.
I wanna dress up as a road warrior and dress my bike up too. strap my sword accross my back with my trench coat then I was gonna get some LED lights to flash across my Helmet like a cylon.
