time has come to start thinking about this ride for 2012.

currently looking at 08.05 or 08.19.
wanna do the 19th but if its lookin nice the 5th i might go with that rather than risk not doing the ride this year.
leaning hard toward trucking the drz to the casino but i think a meet spot in kirkland needs to happen for the ride to work.

coasting races will happen this year.
plummy needs to get her epidural ready now.
unless your name is guff everyone on this board is invite.
if inspector comes & rides from kirkland on his wr i will man up & ride the drz. probably

anyway if anyone wants to toss their $.02 in before i officially post a ride feel free. if i enough ecc kids commit maybe i will pull an mjn and do the ride then post about it on pnwr after the fact.

100% in for 08/05 unless my wife does something stupid and goes into labor before then

50% in for the 19th unless my wife does something stupid like says no due to being on defcon 5 for labor stuff and pending baby

Will ride KTM if you promise to stop for gas often and ride the drz.

Artist Point opens up today. Looking forward to maybe an energy drink riding competition the last couple miles up to the top.

I don't see how trucking your DRZ up is going to prevent you from meeting in Kirkland, it's not like the ride up to the casino is done at some ridiculous speeds, you'd arrive maybe 10 minutes after the group...and already be fully fueled and warm and all that.

Edit: However, if you do truck the DRZ up it may make you feel obligated to be the safety truck on the way home if someone can't negotiate a decreasing radius corner...
