also, do you have an extra kayak paddle? I'd like to try a kayak paddle for paddling solo in the canoe

Sounds good. And yes, I have a couple you can try. Although I would suspect you would want a longish paddle shaft for that, and mine are medium to short. But you're welcome to try them.
