todays ride 1-10

Just a couple of pics. Some are dark, some are light. Stupid camera, now I need to learn to set this and set that????WTF?

Anyway, this was one of my first spills. Pretty much just set the bike down nice and easy. Still managed to bend the guards again. They are so fubared, that you just look at them wrong and they bend.

Grant should know this area, I had never seen it.

Turned around and went up another. Made it up just past the rock when I ran into snow and ice. Couldn't even walk on it let alone ride.

Anyway, fricken tired coming back down. Almost flew over the handlebars (rear tire was at least a foot in the air when I stopped), at this point so decided to take a break. Didn't dump the bike thou which was nice.

Nice getting out but didn't really have any fun. Street gear FTL, among other things going wrong.

Plummy 01-10-2010 08:39 PM

Inspector 01-11-2010 06:09 AM

Plummy 01-11-2010 07:01 AM

Kinda.

Killermondodude 01-12-2010 07:29 PM

Sorry Kevin you must remember on sections like that Grant giggles his ass off and at elevation the giggles and altitude leads to acute oxygenated deficiency and as a result he has shoddy short term memory

Inspector 01-12-2010 07:51 PM

LOL....he sooooo does too!!!! I could hear him as he was going through that section.

Grantizzle 01-12-2010 10:02 PM

i thought it would be all snowed in up there.

yard sale 01-13-2010 09:20 AM

what router.doubter saids

Inspector 01-13-2010 11:10 AM

Honestly that part sucked. It's not gentle rolling hills like it looks in the picture. They are very close together and steep. But ok, whenever the snow is gone.

yard sale 01-13-2010 11:17 AM

they don't look gentle so much as they look fun to me. i need to get a real dirt bike... someone find me a real job please.

router.exe 01-13-2010 12:00 PM

can we try clearing the gaps?

looks a little tight for the height of the humps but i'd love to watch you give it a shot!

yard sale 01-13-2010 12:38 PM

wtf? i'm slow...

router.exe 01-13-2010 12:53 PM

should be able to clear at least one gap....and maybe kill myself in the process

yard sale 01-13-2010 01:00 PM

its not so much the clearing part i'm concerned with. its what comes after.

router.exe 01-13-2010 01:03 PM

tru

Grantizzle 01-13-2010 01:06 PM

I can bring the truck so we can throw the remainders of your bike in it.
